Global Finishing, Inc. is involved in mineral and mining development.
The company has identified mineral properties that it intends to acquire develop and bring into production. The priority of the Corporation is to proceed with advanced projects in the order with which they can show the earliest potential revenue. The second priority of the Corporation is to secure and maintain properties with the highest potential for early production. The Corporation will evaluate these opportunities as they are presented and make evaluations on the potential for the Corporation. Where a property will meet management’s objectives appropriate terms will be presented to acquire these assets. The is no certainty that any of the properties reviewed will be acquired by the Corporation or, if acquired, will be successfully developed.
Global Finishing, inc. is involved in mineral and mining development. The objective of the company is to become a respected leader in the mining and resource sector. Our primary objective will be to acquire properties of merit, primarily in North America.
The Company will operate in a series distinct operating phases.
Phase 1:
Operations will be focused on the acquisition of a significant portfolio of properties of merit. These acquisition will be by way of buy-in agreements, joint ventures or purchases.
Phase 2:
Our operations will require qualified personnel to perform feasibility and impact studies on each acquisition and to recommend potential target areas. During this phase, we will allot and expend capital on engineering reports and qualifying reports known as NI 43-101 reports.
Phase 3: This phase is the most capital intensive stage of the overall program. The focus of this phase is to bring the property into production. This will be done by securing the required capital or working with institutional investors or joint venture partners
Phase 4: Begin production and secure customers for the concentrate produced. Begin a dividend program to distribute profits to shareholders. Enhance company portfolio by adding to company assets.
